The Government of Eswatini has announced a major professional adjustment and salary alignment for junior officers in the Royal Eswatini Police Service and His Majesty’s Correctional Services.
Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini revealed this morning that the approved package includes an 8% one-time adjustment alongside an additional 3% functional adjustment, which will be backdated over the past 24 months. The measures will benefit junior officers within their respective ranks.
The Prime Minister emphasized that this initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance the welfare of security personnel and ensure fair and competitive compensation for their dedicated service to the nation.
