Eswatini has strengthened its international diplomatic engagement following the signing of a declaration with the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta.
The declaration provides a framework for cooperation in key areas including healthcare, humanitarian assistance, medical programmes, social protection and support for vulnerable populations.
The partnership will also promote collaboration in emergency and disaster response, capacity building, and engagement with international humanitarian agencies.
The declaration was signed by Foreign Affairs Minister Pholile Shakantu and Grand Counsellor and Foreign Affairs Riccardo Parteno di Montecupo
