Former Deputy Sheriff Vusi Charles Mncina has been sentenced to 124 years in prison without the option of a fine by High Court Judge Titus Mlangeni.
Mncina was sentenced today following his conviction for the murder of four women, including his girlfriend, and attempted murder in connection with a shooting at Goje Township, Ezulwini, in 2023.
The sentencing brings a major development in the case arising from the deadly shooting, which claimed the lives of four women and left others targeted in the attack.
Mncina will serve his sentence in prison, following the court’s ruling.
